Justin Sorg is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in risk management, compliance, and safety. He holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Health and a Bachelor of Science in the same field. Justin also holds the Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

As an OSHA Outreach Trainer for 10 & 30-hour certifications, Justin brings in-depth knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations. His commitment to industry excellence is further demonstrated by his Certificate in Health and Safety Management from the University of Alabama.

Throughout his distinguished career, Justin has been recognized with numerous awards, including military honors such as the Joint Service Achievement Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. His leadership extends beyond his immediate field, with active participation in organizations like the American Dental Association Standards Committee, Miami Valley Safety Council, and various chambers of commerce.

Natalie Sorg, PHR, MBA

Natalie Sorg is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in leadership, strategic human resources, and organizational development. She earned her MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, graduating with distinction. Natalie also holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Project Management from DeVry University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

With over a 15 years of experience, Natalie has held prominent positions including HR Leadership Partner at Kettering Health Network, where she strategically partners with leadership on critical operational issues such as labor utilization, compliance, and employee engagement. Her previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Wright-Patt Credit Union and Support EXP, where she excelled in talent acquisition, employee relations, and business solutions.

Natalie has been instrumental in driving organizational success through her deep understanding of HR practices, data analysis, and strategic planning. She has also been actively involved in the HR community, serving as the SHRM Foundation Committee Chair for the Miami Valley Human Resource Association, where she advocated for HR education and fund-raising initiatives.

Her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in HR practices makes her a valuable asset in guiding businesses through complex human resource challenges and enhancing overall organizational performance.
